Getting into Renjoy OS

You don't have a password.One was never created for you, so no email-and-password combination will ever work. Use the sign-in link instead — it's faster anyway.

Get in

  1. Go to os.renjoy.com

    Any browser on your phone or computer.

  2. Find the pink box

    It says Cleaner, maintenance or field team? near the top.

  3. Enter the email Renjoy has for you

    Usually your personal email — the one that gets Renjoy emails. Not always your work address.

  4. Tap “Slack me a sign-in link”

    Then open the DM from Renjoy in Slack and tap Open Renjoy OS.

That button never expires. Tap it today or in six months — it always works.

Put it on your home screen

Worth 60 seconds — then it opens like any other app and stays signed in.

The Slack button opens in Slack's own mini-browser, which forgets you when you leave it. Don't install from there — move to your real browser first.

  1. Open it in your real browser

    In Slack's mini-browser, tap the ••• (or compass) icon in the corner and choose Open in Safari on iPhone, or Open in Chrome on Android.

  2. Add it to your home screen

    iPhone: tap Share then Add to Home Screen. Android: tap ⋮ then Add to Home screen.

  3. Done

    Open Renjoy OS from the icon from now on.

Nothing showed up?

  • Don't keep retrying.The page says “check Slack” even when we have a different email on file than the one you typed, so trying again the same way won't change anything.
  • Try your other email. Most field accounts are under a personal Gmail, Yahoo or iCloud address.
  • Ask your manager. They can send your link straight from the OS in about five seconds — Cheryl, Cody, Flor and Lorem for housekeeping, Luke Hedberg for maintenance.

Keep it yours

Your link signs in as you— anything done with it looks like you did it. Don't forward it and don't use anyone else's. If you lose your phone, tell your manager right away and they can shut the old link off.
